filePath Element [Office 2003 SDK Documentation]
A string that indicates the server location of the current file. This can be an absolute path or a relative path. If a relative path is provided, the location of the manifest file is used to resolve the path.
Note Only the following special characters are allowed within the file name, even if other characters (for example, = ) are considered valid as well in a Microsoft Windows file name context: . { } - % " & # @ _ + ( ) , ; ~ $
