Troubleshooting Network Issues with Exchange Unified Messaging

If Office Communications Server is not connected or configured to work with Exchange Unified Messaging or Exchange Unified Messaging is not configured to work with Office Communications Server, availability of Unified Messaging functionality can be affected. Integration of Exchange Unified Messaging and Office Communications Server 2007 R2 requires Exchange Server 2007 with Service Pack 1 (SP1). Before you begin troubleshooting, verify that Exchange Server is installed and that Exchange Unified Messaging is configured to work with Office Communications Server. For details, see Step 1.
