Definition of spin boxes.

Spin boxes are controls that display a list of fixed ascending or descending values (such as dates or times). They are similar to list boxes, but users can tap up and down arrows to move through the values or enter a valid value in the box. Spin boxes can follow another control, such as a check box or an option button.
