Valuation Date Field, Avg. Cost Adjmt. Entry Point Table
Specifies the last date in the average cost period in which the transaction was posted. For example, if the posting date in the transaction is January 16 and the average cost period is set to Month, the date that appears in this field is January 31, which is the last date in the corresponding average cost period.
You set up average cost periods in the inventory setup.
