Evaluation Field, Interaction Log Entry Table
Specifies the evaluation of the interaction. There are five options: Very Positive, Positive, Neutral, Negative, and Very Negative.
The program automatically fills in this field based on the information you have entered in the Create Interaction wizard or the Segment window.
If no information was entered in the wizard, you can select one of the options manually.
