E-Invoice Created Field, Issued Reminder Header Table

Specifies whether an electronic issued reminder memo has been created and copied to the location specified in Sales & Receivables Setup window.

If an electronic document has been previously created, when you try to create the document again, you are notified in a message, and you can choose whether you want to continue.
