View backorders by item

Use this procedure to view backorders for a specific item.
Click Product information management > Common > Released products.
On the Released products list page, select an item to view backorders for. For items, backorders are listed as open orders.
To view a list of open purchase orders that are related to the selected item, on the Action Pane, on the Purchase tab, click Open purchase order lines.

To view a list of open sales orders that are related to the selected item, on the Action Pane, on the Sell tab, click Open sales order lines.
