View backorders by customer

Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > Order status > Backorder lines.
Click Inventory transactions to view the inventory transactions for the customer's backorders, or click Order lines to view the remaining open order lines for the customer.
Tip
Select the Link on change view check box to keep a line selected in both views.
