(USA) Select products to sell online

After a Commerce Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP account has been set up, you can decide which products you want to sell online, select them in Microsoft Dynamics AX, and then synchronize them with Commerce Services.

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Commerce Services > Product filter.

  2. Use the Document Filters form to select the products that you want to sell online.

  3. Optional: Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Commerce Services > Synchronize products.

    Note

    Depending on how synchronization jobs are set up, you can wait for the next regular synchronization job to run, or you can click Synchronize products to synchronize the products manually.

    If you click Synchronize products, select the Batch processing check box.

Note

This feature is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed.
