The following table lists the forms that support the business process component for developing marketing plans. The table entries are organized first by task, and then alphabetically by the name of the form.

Develop marketing strategy	All activities	Use this form to create an activity, or to add attendees to an existing activity.
	All call lists	Use this form to create a call list or targets for a call list.
Determine marketing channels	All campaigns	Use this form to combine the queries that are created for campaign targets.
	Campaign target contacts	Use this form to create or combine queries to generate a list of contact persons for a campaign.
	E-mail groups	Use this form to create e-mail groups, or to add members to an e-mail group or remove members from an e-mail group.
	Mailing file	Use this form to create a mailing file for future marketing plans.
	Mailings	Use this form to view the status of existing mailing files, or to create new mailing files.
Define individual campaign	All campaigns	Use this form to combine the queries that are created for campaign targets.
	Campaign target contacts	Use this form to create or combine queries to generate a list of contact persons for a campaign.
