Create an activity

Use the Activities form to create, modify, or delete an activity.

If you create an activity that is an appointment, you can invite more attendees to join it.

Note

Attendees cannot add other attendees to their activity. Only the organizer of an activity can add attendees.

Create an activity

  1. Click Home > Common > Activities > All activities.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Action, Appointment, Event, or Task.

  3. In the Activities form, on the General FastTab, in the Type field, select the type of activity.

  4. In the Start date/time and End date/time fields, define the start date and start time and the end date and end time for the activity.

  5. In the Purpose field, enter the purpose of the activity.

  6. To create the activity for another employee, select the employee in the Responsible list.

Add attendees to an activity

You can add attendees to an appointment activity.

  1. In the Activities form, select an appointment activity. On the Action Pane, in the Set up group, click Attendees.

  2. Click New to add an attendee to the activity. Repeat this step until you have added all of the activity attendees.

The activity appears in the My activities list for the workers that you added to the activity.
