Calculate statistics for a questionnaire

You can use questionnaire statistics to analyze results of a completed questionnaire, which is based on calculations that you define. For more information, see About questionnaire statistics, Viewing and evaluating results, and Using questionnaires.

  1. Click Home > Inquiries > Questionnaires > Questionnaire statistics.

  2. Click New to create a new line.

  3. In the Statistics field, type a unique identifier for the statistics.

  4. In the Questionnaire list, select the questionnaire to generate statistics for.

  5. On the General, Range, and Grouping by tabs, select specific query criteria for the questionnaire.

    Note

  6. Click Execute to calculate the statistics.

  7. Click Result, and then select a view to display the results.

Note

If you modify the statistics criteria, you must run the query again in order to update your results.
