Shipping carrier integration provides the appropriate information to shipping carrier software from Kewill ClipperShip, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager. The integration automatically moves information that is received from these carriers, such as freight charges and tracking numbers, into Microsoft Dynamics AX sales orders and invoices, which helps eliminate manual entry and improve tracking visibility. You can:
Calculate freight charges and add them to invoices as miscellaneous charges.
Facilitate a will-call request by using the Sales pickup form.
Request and manage tracking numbers by generating them in the shipping carrier software, and then copying them into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Print labels with the carrier software using address information from Microsoft Dynamics AX.
