Business value
To obtain preferential tariff treatment, a United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) certification of origin document must be completed and in the possession of the importer at the time the declaration is made.
Feature details
This feature helps you create and print documentation required by the USMCA. The USMCA certification of origin document generated by this feature contains the minimum set of data elements required for the declaration. Some data elements can be prefilled before printing, while others must be updated manually after the document has been printed. To obtain preferential tariff treatment, the USMCA certification of origin document must be completed and be in the possession of the importer at the time the declaration is made. The USMCA certification of origin document may be completed by the importer, exporter, or producer.
