Business value
This new capability allows for new views into the case data across Human Resources. Options to import and export all case data for analysis are also available with these enhancements.
Feature details
Case management will be enhanced to include new menu items for compliance managers. This will include menus to view all cases and your cases, plus the entities to import and export cases from outside of Human Resources.
