Updates the index ProfitRegisteridx in the table RTax25ProfitTotalsSetup to allow duplicate records.

The ProfitId field is replaced with the new surrogate, key field RTax25ProfitTable in the unique index ProfitRegisteridx.

Initially this field contains no value. So the index is set to allow duplicates before the field is updated with the value of the RecId field of the table RTax25ProfitTable.
