Validates the transaction for fixed assets.

  The transaction to validate.

Return Value

Type: boolean
true if the transaction is valid; otherwise, false.

Remarks

This is called from both the checkJournal and postJournal methods when it loops through and verifies the transactions in the journal to be checked or posted.
