Creates intercompany trading partners, trading relationships, and copies the old value mappings to a new table.

Remarks

For each intercompany AIF endpoint constraint an intercompany trading partner is created and joined in a trading relationship.Intercompany action policies and value maps are attached to the trading partner, instead of the endpoints.
