Creates default and site specific item order settings by copying values from the InventTableModule table.

The following values are copied from the InventTableModule table and inserted into the default and site specific item order settings tables: the Quantity, LowestQty, HighestQty, StandardQty, Blocked, DeliveryTime, InventLocationId, MandatoryInventLocation, DeliveryTime, and CalendarDays fields.
