Gets a value that indicates whether the specified assembly is strongly named.

Parameters
pwzAssemblyIdentity
[in] The opaque canonical assembly identity data of the assembly to be evaluated.pbIsStronglyNamed
[out] true, if the assembly referenced by the pwzAssemblyIdentity parameter is strongly named; otherwise, false.
