Activate a CampaignItem.

Parameters
- campaignItemId
Type: System..::.Int32
The CampaignItem Id of the item to be Activated.
- timestamp
Type: System..::.DateTime
The LastModified timestamp of the item to be Activated. If the time stamp does not match the information in the database, it indicates the race condition.
Exceptions
Exception | Condition |

ArgumentOutOfRangeException | The campaignItemId is less than or equal to zero. |
EntityDoesNotExistException | The campaignItemId refers to an entity that does not exist. |
EntityStateException | The campaignItemId refers to a campaign item that is deleted or already activated. |
Remarks
Activation and Deactivation can be used to manage approvals of Campaign Items and therefore control whether or not they can be deployed to production. Therefore calling Activate requires a higher level of privilege than typically granted to CampaignItem authors.
