On-premises deployment enhancements

The on-premises deployment option for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations has been enhanced in many areas, with a focus on simplifying setup, operations, monitoring, and servicing.
The Finance and Operations 8.1 release is now available for on-premises deployments. This release includes all feature improvements available in 8.1 for the cloud. Retail is also available with this release. For more information, see the following content:
