Support for Azure SQL Database Managed Instance

You can now deploy Business Central on-premises on Azure SQL Managed Instance. The system requirements have been updated accordingly. Azure SQL Managed Instance was released in September 2018, and it is a completely new service tier of Azure SQL Database.
