LoaderRevocation Configuration Service Provider

4/8/2010

Use the LoaderRevocation Configuration Service Provider to add, remove, and query certificate or binary hashes in the revocation list.

Note

This Configuration Service Provider can be managed over both the OMA Client Provisioning (formerly WAP Client Provisioning) and the OMA DM protocol.

Note

Access to this Configuration Service Provider is determined by Security roles. Because OEMs and Mobile Operators can selectively disallow access, ask them about the availability of this Configuration Service Provider. For more information about roles, see Security Roles and Default Roles for Configuration Service Providers.

Note

You can use the revoke.exe tool that is available in the SDK to create a revocation XML for this Configuration Service Provider.

The LoaderRevocation Configuration Service Provider can add certificate (.cer files), binary (.exe and .dll files), and cabinet (.cab files) file hashes to the revocation list, remove these hashes from the revocation list, and retrieve information about the hashes in the list.

The following image shows the management object used by OMA DM.
