IInkRectangle::GetRectangle

Gets the elements of the IInkRectangle object in a single call.

Syntax

HRESULT GetRectangle (
  [out] long *Top,
  [out] long *Left,
  [out] long *Bottom,
  [out] long *Right
);

Parameters

• Top
  The top of the rectangle.

• Left
  The left edge of the rectangle.

• Bottom
  The bottom of the rectangle.

• Right
  The right edge of the rectangle.

Return Value

HRESULT value	Description
S_OK	Success.
E_POINTER	A parameter contained an invalid pointer.
E_INK_EXCEPTION	An exception occurred inside the method.

Remarks

The order of the parameters in this method (Top, Left, Bottom, and Right) is atypical, and different from the traditional order (Left, Top, Right, and Bottom).

To get the parameters individually, use the following methods:

• IInkRectangle::Bottom
• IInkRectangle::Left
• IInkRectangle::Right
• IInkRectangle::Top
