Operations Manager 2007 Audit Collection Server Setup Wizard: Database Page

Use this page to specify the name of the ACS database.

This page contains the elements described in the following table.

Name	Description
Database server running locally	Specifies that the ACS database runs on a local server.
Remote database server	Specifies that the ACS database runs on a remote server.
Remote database server machine name	The name of the remote computer that hosts the database. Visible only if you selected the Remote database server option. If the ACS is in a cluster, the SQL cluster virtual server name is used in the Remote database Server machine name box, and you cannot use a real machine name. Note If you do not use a real machine name, you cannot specify directories for the database and the log file.
Database server instance name	The name of the database server instance that hosts the database. If you are using an ACS cluster, leave this box blank.
Database name	The name of the ACS database.
