The Redo-MsolProvisionUser cmdlet can be used to retry the provisioning of a user object in Azure Active Directory when a previous attempt to create the user object resulted in a validation error.
Syntax
Redo-MsolProvisionUser -ObjectId <Guid> [-TenantId <Guid>]

-ObjectId <Guid>
The ObjectId of the user to retrieve.

-TenantId <Guid>
The unique ID of the tenant to perform the operation on. If this is
not provided, then the value will default to the tenant of the current
user. This parameter is only applicable to partner users.

The unique name of the user object to retry provisioning on. A user
principal name (UPN) has the format user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com or
