Records how timely the rendering occurred and gathers statistics for the property page.
Syntax

int trLate,
int trFrame
);
Parameters
- trLate
How late the sample was beyond its due time, in reference time units.
- trFrame
Interframe time, in reference time units.
Return Value
None.
