Gets the Service Fabric service description of a service that is running.

Description
The Get-ServiceFabricServiceDescription cmdlet gets the Service Fabric service description of a service that is running.
Before you perform any operation on a Service Fabric cluster, establish a connection to the cluster by using the Connect-ServiceFabricCluster cmdlet.
