Gets the status of collection of Operations Manager diagnostic data.

Description
The Get-SCOMTelemetry cmdlet gets the status of collection of System Center 2016 - Operations Manager diagnostic and usage patterns data. If collection is enabled, this cmdlet returns a value of $True. If collection is disabled, this cmdlet returns a value of $False.
