Gets the network endpoints of all outbound dependencies of a Kusto cluster

Description
Gets the network endpoints of all outbound dependencies of a Kusto cluster
Examples
Example 1: List all Kusto ManagedPrivateEndpoint in a cluster
Get-AzKustoClusterOutboundNetworkDependencyEndpoint -ClusterName "mycluster" -ResourceGroupName "testrg"
