Create a local PSVMGalleryApplication object.

Description

Creates a local PSVMGalleryApplication object.

$vmGal = New-AzVmGalleryApplication -PackageReferenceId $packageRefId -ConfigReferenceId $configRefId
Add-AzVmGalleryApplication -VM $vm -GalleryApplication $vmGal -Order 1
