Business value
When this environment setting is configured by an admin, guests can be stopped from establishing connections to data sources in that environment, prevented from performing any maker actions, and stopped from using any apps or flows that were shared to them. This security is implemented within the Power Platform admin center without having to use controls like conditional access or continuous access evaluation.
Feature details
This feature includes an environment setting that you can use to permit or deny guest access to an environment. With this feature, admins can block guests from accessing environments and prevent guests from establishing new connections. Admins can also prevent guests from making new API calls and turn off any existing connections. Connections and resources will be turned off, not deleted.
