As an administrator, you can enhance your organization's security by restricting unauthorized access to Microsoft Copilot Studio from IP ranges outside your configured business ecosystem. This ensures that your organization remains secure while allowing you to operate seamlessly without interfering with users when your presence is not required.

Feature details

You can limit access to users with IP firewall. By using the IP firewall feature, you can apply the right access controls to help keep your organization secure and stay out of your users' way when not needed.

IP firewall analyzes and enforces the IP address of each request in real-time. For example, assume that the IP firewall is turned on in a Power Platform environment, and that IP ranges are set with the IP address of the office location. When a user decides to access the resources from another location, such as a coffee shop, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents will deny access to resources in real-time.
