Employees are in control of agents, overseeing their activity, which is documented online with their workflows.
Feature details
Agents help automate business processes completely, saving time for employees and streamlining workflows. However, with agent oversight experiences, employees are in ultimate control. While agents perform actions in the background, everything gets documented. This allows employees to quickly see and review cases where the agent encountered obstacles or was unable to complete the task as intended, enabling them to act and maintain important oversight over the agent’s actions.
