Power Platform gives admins the ability to monitor and improve the operational health of their Power Apps. Now, built into the Power Platform admin center are metrics tied to user experiences and business efficiencies, such as the time end users waited to interact with an app or page, and which flows spend more time than necessary to run.

In addition to metrics, admins can work with makers to take action on recommendations to improve the metrics. Your operational health in Power Platform matters the moment your business takes a dependency on the platform. The monitoring experience makes it easier than ever to measure and improve your use of Power Apps. With time, this experience will grow to provide metrics, insights, and recommendations for more parts of Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 apps, flows, and agents.

Feature details

The Power Platform admin center monitoring experience empowers admins to monitor, diagnose, and improve operational health of all resources in Power Platform. It helps admins:

  • Review operational metrics per app, flow, and Dataverse database.
  • Review recommendations which can improve a resource's metrics.
  • Review logs used to calculate operational metrics.
  • Configure alert rules to simplify discovering apps, flows, and Dataverse databases that have degraded operational health.
  • Pin preferred resources to simplify viewing operational metrics for business-critical resources.
