Business value

Help reduce ambiguity for app users by having AI-generated descriptions present in the app. Complex apps can make it difficult for users to understand what the app does, so we'll generate descriptions for them based on what content is in the app. The model-driven apps header and app switcher have been updated with a more modern style to help accommodate these new descriptions. Just interact with the app name in the header and you'll see the description.

Feature details

When a model-driven app doesn't have a description, we'll generate one for it. We've updated the model-driven apps header with a new callout control to accommodate these new descriptions. In the app switcher, we've also added an affordance for these new descriptions. In the app designer, a maker can see these generated descriptions and can accept or update them at anytime. AI generated descriptions, which have not been accepted by a maker will include a disclaimer.
