Bot authors can create more efficient bots by quickly identifying and getting help for managing topic trigger phrases.
Feature details
Power Virtual Agents will proactively help bot authors to identify trigger phrases that could cause problems and then adjust them. For example, the bot author will be notified if there are multiple topics that serve similar (or the same) intents.
