More users can get access to ISV Studio without requiring admins to give users owner/contribute access roles in Partner Center.
Feature details
Add a read-only role in ISV Studio for tenant admins to give more users access to ISV Studio. A publishing account owner will be able to give additional users direct access to ISV Studio without modifying their access/permission levels in Partner Center.
