Business value
Provides a mechanism for admins to force a synchronization if they expect the user state in Azure Active Directory to have changed and the change is not yet reflected in Microsoft Dataverse.
Feature details
A background system process is constantly running to synchronize users and their state from Azure Active Directory into the SystemUsers table in Microsoft Dataverse. The Users settings page in the Power Platform admin center displays the users in the environment stored in Microsoft Dataverse.
In addition to the system process that runs periodically, the administrator can now run the Refresh user action to force an update without waiting for the system to update users automatically or running diagnostics.
