2.5.4.1 AllowStartOnDemand

If present and set to TRUE, the AllowStartOnDemand field specifies that the task is started when invoked by the user (see section 3.2.5.4.13). Otherwise, the task does not run when invoked by the user, but only when the appropriate trigger occurs.
