2.2.3.5.13 AssociationGroupId
The AssociationGroupId command specifies the client association group ID. The client association group ID is an RTS cookie that the higher layer protocol MAY use to uniquely identify instances of this client across multiple virtual connections. Implementations of this protocol MAY use this cookie as part of load balancing logic. Regardless of who sends this PDU, the association group ID MUST be interpreted to be that of the client.
