2.1.1.8 RPC over HTTP (ncacn_http)

This protocol sequence specifies RPC over HTTP. The Remote Procedure Call over HTTP Protocol is the intermediate protocol between RPC and HTTP. RPC over HTTP v1 deviates from the requirements specified in section 2.1.1 (as specified in [MS-RPCH] section 1.6).

Transport details are as specified in [MS-RPCH] section 2.1.
