2.2.9.8.5.2 PRECONDITIONLIST

The PRECONDITONLIST element specifies the time conditions on the usage policy. It MUST use the following template:

 <PRECONDITIONLIST>
     [[- time -]]
 </PRECONDITIONLIST>

[[- time -]]: MUST be a TIME element (section 2.2.9.8.4) specifying the time conditions of the policy.
