Acquiring New Numbers from Microsoft Teams

What information and documents do I need to provide for my new number order?
  • Not required.
What number types are available?
How much time will it take for me to acquire new phone numbers (approximately)?
  • Up to 4 business days if the numbers are available.
  • Up to 90 business days if the numbers must be ordered.
Miscellaneous information
  • Numbers will have the local area code associated with the location.
  • Mobile numbers are not available.
  • Shortened numbers may be available upon request (from blocks of 10).
  • Download and read the Charter of Services for Italy (v.1.0) (it-it)

Porting Existing Numbers to Microsoft Teams

What information and documents do I need to provide for my port order?
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) for Italy (all numbers) (v.6.0) (it-it) In case you are porting a block of numbers, please add them on the porting document as "first number" to "last number". A dash (-) is not a permitted separator.
  • A copy of a recent invoice from your current service provider
  • Secret Code (Codice Segreto) - a secret code is required which can requested from the losing communication provider. This may also be present on an invoice from the current service provider.
How long will it take for me to port my phone numbers (approximately)?
  • 17 to 60 business days
When do phone number ports take place?
  • Ports take place Monday through Friday between 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM Central European Time.
Can I change or cancel my port order?
  • Port changes and cancellations must be requested latest 4 days after submission for single numbers, and latest 9 days after submission for blocks. Cancellation/Modification of a porting date is not possible once the carrier has approved the porting.
Can I port some but not all of my phone numbers?
  • Partial porting is not supported.
