Enable Copilot to draft emails
You can allow agents to get help from Copilot when drafting emails to customers. This functionality can help agents be more productive by saving them time.
- In Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service, sign in to your environment, and then in the site map, select Settings. The Settings page displays.
- Select the Write an email: Get help with drafting an email reply check box to allow Copilot to draft emails.
