Cloud Storage Partner Program Plus (CSPP Plus) Overview

CSPP Plus is a paid-program tier intended for a very limited set of highly qualified partners requiring deeper interoperability with Microsoft 365.

Please note that the qualifications listed here are not an exhaustive list, and entry to this program tier is extremely selective.

Program Qualifications

  • Participation in the basic Microsoft CSPP program.

  • A non-refundable program entry fee, other fees may apply.

  • Liability insurance including, but not limited to:

    • Commercial General Liability insurance.

    • Privacy and cybersecurity liability insurance.

    • Professional Liability/E&O insurance. Other Insurance: (4) Workers Compensation to meet statutory requirements, and (5) Employer’s liability.

  • Complete Microsoft 365 App Certification (including ISO-27001 certification).

Program Benefits

  • Coauthoring in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Office for the web, Office Desktop, and Microsoft 365 for mobile.

  • Access to Microsoft FedRamp environments from similarly compliant partner’s environments

  • Microsoft Intune mobile provisioning for partner storage locations

  • Invitation to the semi-annual Microsoft CSPP Plus participant summit

  • Increased file size limits for Office Online clients:

    • Word - 100MB

    • Excel - 100MB

    • PowerPoint - 2GB

    Note

    These file size limits apply only to Office for the web clients. Desktop and mobile clients do not have these limitations. However, extremely large files, network bandwidth, and other environmental factors can reduce overall performance.
