Hardware requirements
Microsoft Lync Server 2013 SIP Application API applications can be built using the following hardware components:
Any computers that are running Windows 7, 64-bit edition.
Any computers that are running Windows Server 2008 R2, 64-bit edition.
Running Lync Server 2013 SIP Application API applications require the following Windows computer:
- Any computers that are running Windows Server 2008 R2, 64-bit edition.
Software requirements
Building and running a Lync Server 2013 SIP Application API application requires the following software components:
Microsoft Lync Server 2013.
Managed code applications require the Lync Server 2013 SIP Application API ServerAgent.dll.
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 operating system.
Active Directory Domain Services.
Technical requirements
The managed sample code and applications in this SDK use the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development system. By default, it should be installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0 directory on a 64-bit Windows computer.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 can be used to develop Lync Server 2013 SIP Application API applications.
