Get started

  1. To access the Smart store analytics solution, navigate to https://[your-environment-name]. The first time you access the URL, you see an overview of all available apps. Select Smart store analytics.

Home page

You can access the Home page through the Home icon, which has three sections.

The Overview section summarizes some key metrics:

  • Number of stores that the solution is monitoring

  • Performance of the fleet of stores over a time period of four weeks

  • Representative insights into fleet performance with a link to deeper insights

Explore the store

The Explore the store section has useful links to explore ideas for optimizing store layout, the product catalog, shelf placement and more, through convenient cards that open the top features of the solution.

Store heatmap Identify areas in the store where customers spend the most and the least time.
Discover opportunities and areas for improvement.
Purchase funnel Understand the shopper's journey from store visitor to a purchasing customer.
Learn details about which products were viewed and which were purchased.
Frequently bought together products Identify combinations of products that are often purchased together to discover cross-selling opportunities and optimize product placement in the store.
Sales and shelf placement matrices Analyze which products are in demand; and how shelf placement affects sales for different products.
