The copilot template for personalized shopping is a starter app that lets consumers shop through a conversational experience as though they are talking to an expert. Shoppers can find and buy items in an expressive back-and-forth conversation rather than keyword searches and unstructured browsing. This experience helps buyers find the right items, makes the shopping experience more personal and pleasurable and preserves the retailer’s brand and voice.
